Stellar Streamline Solutions provides hands-on business support for coaches, consultants, and online business owners across operations, marketing, client experience, research, websites, systems, and implementation.
Founder Michaella Clauzel works across the parts of a business that need attention, bringing practical support, judgment, follow-through, and a willingness to figure things out.

Founder-led
Practical support. Thoughtful follow-through.
A marketing update can touch the website. Research can turn into outreach. A client question can uncover a process that needs attention.
Stellar Streamline Solutions is built around that reality.
SSS provides flexible, founder-led support across the areas of a business that often overlap, helping clients move work forward without needing every request to fit neatly inside one service.
Some work needs implementing. Some needs organizing, researching, troubleshooting, coordinating, or figuring out first.
The thinking comes with the support.
What needs attention can change depending on what's happening inside the business. These five areas give the work somewhere to live without forcing every request into a narrow service category.
Keeping the day-to-day work organized, moving, and followed through.
Helping the ideas, campaigns, and content behind your business actually make it out into the world.
Supporting the details that shape what happens after someone enters your world.
Finding the right information, organizing what matters, and helping turn research into a useful next step.
Practical support for the digital tools and systems your business relies on.
Stellar Streamline Solutions primarily supports coaches, consultants, and online business owners who need reliable help behind the scenes and someone who can understand how different parts of the business connect.
Particularly suited to founder-led businesses where the work crosses operations, marketing, client experience, research, and digital systems.
Understanding why something is being done makes the implementation stronger.
When something moves from marketing into a website, system, research, or client communication, the context does not have to disappear.
Not every request arrives with instructions. Researching, testing, troubleshooting, and working out the next step can be part of the support.
Ideas and strategy eventually need someone to get into the tools and move the work forward.
Being resourceful also means recognizing when something needs expertise outside SSS.
The Bigger Picture
The kind of support a business needs can change depending on what's happening inside it.
A project may begin with research and move into outreach. A marketing idea may need content, a website update, and an email behind it. A client question may uncover something in the process that needs attention.
The value isn't that everything belongs to one person.
It's that the work can move across the areas SSS supports without losing the bigger picture.
Different categories of work. One business.
Familiarity across the platforms and digital tools used to support operations, marketing, client experience, content, online programs, and business systems.

Michaella has been an amazing addition to my team. From creating systems that keep projects organized, to supporting product launches by tracking all the moving pieces, to taking over the tasks that were draining my energy, she has successfully taken so much off my plate. She is proactive, dependable, incredibly efficient, and genuinely invested in the growth of my business and the impact it has on the people I serve.
Michaella has been an absolute game-changer for my business. She is incredibly organized, dependable and detail-oriented, and she keeps me on track when I have a million things going at once. I can hand her a project with very little direction, and she quickly figures out exactly what needs to be done and follows it through to completion.
From scheduling, follow up calls with clients, social media management, product management and a plethora of other things, she does it all. Having an assistant is one thing but having someone who takes pride in the work they put out because their name is attached to it is a whole other level of professionalism.
I have had the privilege of working with Michaella for almost 5 years. She has looked after my admin, operations, systems, graphic design, and website. There is not a task beneath her, and there isn't anything she can't do. If she doesn't know how to do something, she will find a way, which is a skill in itself.

The kind of work I'm good at has never fit neatly into one category.
I might be organizing a process, researching what we need, working inside a platform, updating a page, creating content, or troubleshooting something that isn't behaving the way it should.
What connects all of it is how I work.
I'm curious. I like understanding how things fit together. If I don't know something, I'll research it. If something doesn't make sense, I'll ask questions. And if something needs expertise I don't have, I'll say that too.
I pay attention to details without losing sight of why we're doing the work in the first place. The more I understand about the business around a task, the more useful I can be.
That's the kind of working relationship I built Stellar Streamline Solutions around.
