You’ve seen me talk about systems, follow-ups and the work that keeps a business running. But would you know what it’s like to work with me?
We should probably fix that.
I’m Michaella Clauzel, founder of Stellar Streamline Solutions, based in Saint Lucia. I support coaches, consultants and online business owners in the United States and Canada, and I’ve also worked with clients in Dubai.
That tells you where I am and what I do. It doesn’t tell you why a request to “just update the page” will probably come with a few questions from me.
Where does the button go? Does the confirmation email need changing? Is there an old date somewhere in the automation?
Your small update appears to have brought guests.
Those questions explain quite a lot about how I work. But let me start a little earlier.
From virtual assistant to founding Stellar Streamline Solutions
I began working as a virtual assistant in 2021, supporting clients with administration, scheduling, websites, email marketing, systems and client communication.
As the work grew, I found myself involved in several parts of the same project. Updating a page meant understanding the email that sent people there. Helping with a client question could mean looking into a process or checking what a platform was doing.
The individual tasks still mattered. I also needed to understand how they affected each other.
In 2025, I launched Stellar Streamline Solutions. Today, I describe my work as Strategic Business Support because it reflects that combination of hands-on implementation, coordination and problem-solving.
If you’ve ever tried to decide whether something in your business counts as a tech issue, an operations issue or a client-experience issue, you’ll understand why that matters. Sometimes it manages to be all three before lunch.
I’m going to ask why
If we’re working together, I want to understand what you’re trying to accomplish.
A request to update a page is useful. Knowing that the page needs to help someone book a consultation gives me more to work with. I can check the booking link, look at what happens next and ask about anything that doesn’t quite fit.
This doesn’t mean every task needs a meeting. Sometimes changing a date really is just changing a date. I’m happy for us both when that happens.
But context helps me decide what I can handle, what needs checking and what needs your input. It also means you don’t have to anticipate every possible question before handing something over.
Think about the last task you delegated. How much of the explanation stayed in your head because it felt obvious to you?
That’s often where a useful conversation begins.
I’m curious by nature. When a tool isn’t behaving as expected, I want to understand why. I’m comfortable researching something unfamiliar, and I’ll tell you when a job needs expertise outside my scope. You should be able to trust both answers.
A new platform is only part of the job
Imagine you’ve paid for a programme and received an email saying it has moved to a new platform.
You probably have a few immediate questions. Where do you log in? Does your old password work? Where’s the material you were using yesterday?
Admiring the new platform can wait until you’re actually inside it.
In client work, I’ve supported a platform transition through the build, migration communications and login support, alongside coordination with the wider team. That meant paying attention to the technical work and to the people who needed to use it.
This is a good example of why I enjoy working across different parts of a business. The page, the email and the support reply all affect the same person’s experience.
My responsibilities vary by project. Sometimes I’m implementing the technical work, sometimes coordinating the details, and sometimes doing both. We agree on that together, including which decisions stay with you.
Yes, you’ll be working with me
Stellar Streamline Solutions is my founder-led business. When we work together, you work directly with me.
I’ll get to know how you communicate, what you’re working towards and where things tend to get stuck. Working remotely across countries and time zones makes clear communication especially useful. Neither of us should need to guess what the other meant.
You don’t need a beautifully documented business before we can talk. If everything were already written down and running exactly as you wanted, our first conversation would probably be shorter.
We do need enough openness to talk honestly about what’s happening. You bring the context and make the decisions that belong to you. Together, we work out what I’ll take responsibility for and how we’ll keep each other updated.
And there’s room to enjoy working together.
My client Simone mentioned in her testimonial that I’m fun to work with. I’m very pleased she put that in writing.
I take the work seriously. I also want you to feel comfortable asking a question, saying something isn’t working or having a laugh while we figure it out. We’re going to spend time working together. It helps if we actually enjoy the conversation.
Why I care about the small things
A client may never know someone checked their access before a session or caught an outdated link before an email went out. They simply get to carry on with what they came to do.
For the business owner, those same details can mean another check, another follow-up or another thing to remember between calls.
That’s why I pay attention to them. I want to understand how the business works well enough to contribute beyond the first instruction, while knowing when to bring a decision back to you.
It’s the work I’ve built Stellar Streamline Solutions around, and it’s a large part of what you can expect from me.
So now you know a little more about the woman behind the business: based in Saint Lucia, working across borders, curious about how things connect, and likely to have a follow-up question.
Here’s one to leave you with: what would you want someone to understand about your business before you trusted them to support it?

A little business. A little personality. Now we’ve had a proper introduction.
